Quality Control Checks Throughout the Entire Chain 

  • Raw materials control: Temperature, labelling, organoleptic quality, microbiological analyses by an accredited COFRAC (partner of European co-operation for Accreditations) laboratory, etc.
  • Computerized temperature surveillance of cold rooms and of the production workshops with a telephone alarm.
  • After packaging, products are conveyed to a metal detector equipped an ejection system in a locked caisson.
  • Final product control: Size, microbiological analyses, sale unit weight, random taste checks, packaging and carton label printing verifications, etc. All checks are done in accordance with current legislation and our clients’ specifications.

Quality System

  • Our quality system is based on continuous improvement. Identification of internal anomalies, analysis of client claims, and audits (internal, client, and official organizations), let us take corrective and preventative steps that can be followed up and measured.
